2024 KCON Japan: Cha Eunwoo, Red Velvet, ILLIT, NCT Wish join weekend concert lineup; check schedule, streaming details

A number of carefully selected artists will be heading to Japan this weekend for the second KCON concert series of the year. The next 2024 KCON event will change its previous venue in Hong Kong and will be held at ZOZO Marine Stadium and Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan from May 10 to 12, 2024.

The extensive two-level concert weekend will see all M Countdown stage performances (May 11 and 12) take place at Zozo Marine Stadium, while the KCON stage, meet and greet, connect stage and all-day dance sections will be at Makuhari Messe (Makuhari Messe) Expand (May 10-12).

Later this year, the fan-favorite concert will return with an even more dazzling lineup of star performers at the KCON 2024 series in Los Angeles and Saudi Arabia.

2024 KCON Japan organizer/host: Astro’s Cha Eun Woo will host the KCON Japan main show on May 11, and CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa will also host the next day (May 12).

ZEROBASEONE’s Park Gunwook and Sung Hanbin will serve as special MCs on the Zozo Ocean Stadium M countdown stage on May 12 (Sunday). Meanwhile, their bandmate Kim Taere, who worked on the Queen of Tears soundtrack, will be in the spotlight for his special stage moment.

Meanwhile, BOYNEXTDOOR’s Jaehyun and Woonhak will serve as special MCs on the M Countdown stage on Saturday, May 11.

On Friday, May 10th, Street Dance Fighter’s team TSUBAKILL will serve as special judges for the Dance All Day segment.

Where to watch KCON Hong Kong 2024

Only “Level: ALL ACCESS” membership holders can watch M Countdown performances and meet-and-greet events on KCON official and Mnet K-POP YouTube channels. However, other events, including the KCON stage, Showcase, Connecting stage, Dance All Day segment and red carpet events, will be live-streamed for free on the channel.

Other official broadcast partners for the M Countdown stage include South Korea’s streaming platform TVING, Japan’s Mnet Smart+ and the Philippines’ Blast TV.
