David Beckham weighs in on Swift’s relationship with Kelce

On Wednesday’s Late Night show, host Jimmy Kimmel asked Beckham: “Have you ever told a guy like Travis Kelce, ‘Hey, man, this is what you’re looking for?’ ” In response, the former football player said that the Super Bowl 58 champion “can handle it well.” “We know Taylor can definitely handle it,” Beckham added.

In December, the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker discussed dealing with the constant media coverage of her relationship with Kelce during an interview with Time magazine’s Person of the Year. “When you say a relationship is public, it means I get to see him do what he loves and we show up for each other and everyone else is there and we don’t care,” Swift said at the time.

Earlier this year, Kelce revealed how he and the Midnight singer ignore “outside noise” when it comes to their relationship. “The only thing we talk about is as long as we’re happy, we can’t listen to any outside noise. That’s all that matters,” the Kansas City Chiefs star said before the AFC Championship Game in January, per Page Six 》Report.

Beckham further reflected on the struggles in the early years of his relationship with Victoria. He shared a sweet experience that helped him end relationships with tabloids and paparazzi over the years. “We were in a pub in London recently and when I came out there was a note on the windscreen of my car, no name on it, just, ‘We are very sorry for the way we treated you.’ “I loved it. That,” Inter Miami president told Kimmel.
