Summer is here and we lock ourselves in the room because of the heat outside, we can have some desserts to cool down and make ourselves feel better. But what if we said we could give the mousse an Indian twist and combine two of our favorite things into one exciting dish? No holiday is complete without a bite of Gulab Jam and we have crafted a special recipe that adds Gulab Jam to the classic mousse for a delicious dessert. Heat the milk chocolate, cream and white chocolate in a saucepan and stir everything together. The mixture is then sieved and refrigerated for some time. Put gulab jam in a glass and add whipped cream. Add the gulkhand, chop some rose petals, add the rose water and chocolate cream mixture and mix everything together. Then place the mousse on the gulab jam and tap the glass to allow the mousse to fall. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals and refrigerate until set. Serve refrigerated.
