India’s gross domestic product (GDP) grew at 6.3 per cent for the July-September quarter of the current fiscal, as against 8.4 per cent in the year-ago quarter and 13.5 per cent in the April-June quarter.
“Real GDP or GDP at constant (2011-12) prices in Q2 of 2022-23 is estimated at Rs 38.17 lakh crore as against Rs 35.89 lakh crore in Q2 of 2021-22, a growth of 8.4 per cent shows an increase of 6.3 percent. Q2 2021-22,” the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation said in a release.
