That’s how dance happened to me ” shares Shah, who started her acting journey as a dancer, working with choreographer Ganesh Acharya.

Interestingly, in 2000, she found herself working as an extra on the sets of a Bollywood film, and it was sheer luck. “Ganesh masterji ka Song Chal raha tha. Shah honed her Bollywood dance skills under the guidance of choreographer Ganesh Acharya. “He is a big choreographer in Bollywood. For him, any dancer who dances as part of a company can do any form of dance. So, that is a plus. Whenever someone asks me what form are you good at? , I would say Bollywood masala. Basically, I can dance in every format,” Shah shared that she couldn’t choose any song that she loved to dance to, but she called all the 90s songs her favorite. All time favorite.
