Man sentenced to 21 years for shooting Lady Gaga’s dog walker and stealing bulldog

Fischer was seriously injured in the attack and addressed the court on Monday in an impressive statement, which he posted on Instagram.

“It’s hard to believe that it’s been two years since I took Asia, Cozy and Gustav out for their evening walk when I suddenly found myself fighting everything I could to keep those dogs from being stolen was what I had to do.
