Met Gala 2024: The fundraising event for New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art is affectionately known as fashion’s biggest night. The Met Gala is known as one of the biggest fashion events and is held on the first Monday of May every year. This year’s Met Gala will be held on May 6th. The theme of this year’s Met Gala is – Sleeping Beauty: Reviving Fashion. The Met Gala welcomes stars, celebrities, fashion enthusiasts and industry icons from around the world every year. This is an invitation-only event. Last year, the Met Gala paid tribute to German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld with the theme “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty.”

Madonna: In 2009, Madonna appeared on the red carpet wearing a Louis Vuitton pleated patterned dark blue mini dress, thigh-high black leather boots, a stylish diamond necklace and a matching blue scarf.
Rihanna: Rihanna always knows how to turn heads with her fashion sense, and the 2015 Met Gala red carpet was no exception. She walked the carpet wearing a yellow embroidered fur-trimmed cape and a gold crown.
Lady Gaga: The American singer-songwriter and actress turned heads on the 2016 Met Gala red carpet in a stylish metallic bikini paired with a bodysuit, fishnet stockings and leather platform boots.
Katy Perry: The theme of the 2018 Met Gala is-Heavenly Bodies. Katy Perry embodies this theme in the best possible way. She walked the red carpet in a short gold Versace dress, which she paired with thigh-high boots and giant feathered angel wings.
kim kardashian: At the 2021 Met Gala, Kim Kardashian opted for an edgy all-black ensemble that covered her face and paired it with a long black skirt.
