Giving information about the incident, the DPO said that the accident occurred due to the gas explosion, in which seven people died while three were injured. He said that the injured laborers have been admitted to Kohat Divisional Headquarters Hospital, where they are being treated.

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) of Balochistan has said that three injured laborers have been transferred to the trauma center. DG PDMA said, the cause of the explosion inside the coal mine is being investigated. Earlier, there was an explosion in a coal mine located in Saragarhi area of ​​Quetta. Five laborers were killed and five others were injured in this blast.
