A grand temple of Lord Shri Ram is being built in Ayodhya. Congress will not participate in the life consecration program of Ram Lalla to be held on January 22. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi and Adhir Ranjan Choudhary have rejected the invitation received for the inauguration program of Ram Temple. Congress said that religion is a personal matter, but BJP and RSS have made Ayodhya’s Ram temple a political event. The inauguration of the incomplete temple is apparently being done by the leaders of BJP and RSS to gain advantage in the elections. Congress has refused to participate in the inauguration of Ram temple by giving this argument.
